In 2007, the name was changed to BYOP® Bring Your Own Parent® and in 2012 the name and logo as well as the educational kit (DVD, parent-player training guide) was trademarked by brvc, inc. and later sold to brvc, LLC.

GoKids Youth Sports™ is Nelson's most recent program launched. Its purpose is two-fold:
  1. Provide training and certification of parents, elementary school teachers, recreational and youth club coaches.
  2. Provide sports skills training, clinics, and camps for kids and youth ages 7 and under (Level 1) and ages 8 and up (Level 2).
