 It is my honor to have these two outstanding volleyball players join me for summer training for all ages and positions. Become an all-around player so you  have more options when your coach selects their teams.

 Jentry Allen on COURT

Jentry will be starting her second year at Stonehill College in the fall. She is an OH/RS for the volleyball team and a biology major. Jentry was placed on the Dean's List for the fall of 2020 and in spring 2021, Jentry won the Excellence in First-year Chemistry Award. In 2020 Jentry graduated from Lovejoy High School; as a member of the Lovejoy varsity volleyball team, she was awarded academic all-district in 2018 & 2019 and academic all-state in 2019. In 2018, Lovejoy won 2nd place in the 5A UIL state championship, and in 2019 Lovejoy won the 5A UIL state championship. In 2015, as an 8th grader, Jentry started mentoring for Ruth Nelson with BYOP Lovejoy. She continued to mentor throughout high school and mentors when she is home from college.

Rachel Howes  on COURT

Rachel is in her second year coaching at Victory and third year of coaching club volleyball. Rachel grew up in Plano where she attended Plano Senior High School and graduated in the class of 2019. After graduating high school, Rachel left to play for Midwestern State University as an OH/RS. Her freshman year she played in all 29 matches and started in 16 of them, the most of any freshman that season. Rachel finished with 172 kills, scoring 10 or more in five different matches. While at Midwestern State University, she was awarded the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll for her 3.8 GPA.

PASS Program™ is back again for Summer Training

Coach Rachel and Coach Jentry will be live on the court and
Coach Ruth with be on Live ZOOM assisting and evaluating.

 The Nelson-Howes-Allen Connection ​

Both Jentry and Rachel have trained with Nelson over  their entire high school years and also been  mentoring
at ages 5-18 during this time.  They have become great student-teachers

Step 1:
All players wanting to be part of our PASS Group training you must complete your 5-Point Assessment prior to joining a group.

Step 2:  A conversation at the end of the assessment will cover options for training with Nelson-Allen-Howes.

Step 3:  Completed brvc, LLC participant waiver, brvc, LLC photo release and Net Results waiver will be filled for any lessons taken during 2021.

Step 4:  Make full non-refundable payment for lessons which will cover courts fees and instruction but Allen-Howes live and Nelson via ZOOM.

Step 5:  All scheduling will be done by Rachel Howes and Jentry Allen.


Pricing will vary based on the number in the group and the number of sessions.  Minimum number of sessions will be 5.

​If you already have a group of 4 or more we will provide your pricing once you have completed your 5-Point assessment.
