Jentry Allen on COURTJentry will be starting her second year at Stonehill College in the fall. She is an OH/RS for the volleyball team and a biology major. Jentry was placed on the Dean's List for the fall of 2020 and in spring 2021, Jentry won the Excellence in First-year Chemistry Award. In 2020 Jentry graduated from Lovejoy High School; as a member of the Lovejoy varsity volleyball team, she was awarded academic all-district in 2018 & 2019 and academic all-state in 2019. In 2018, Lovejoy won 2nd place in the 5A UIL state championship, and in 2019 Lovejoy won the 5A UIL state championship. In 2015, as an 8th grader, Jentry started mentoring for Ruth Nelson with BYOP Lovejoy. She continued to mentor throughout high school and mentors when she is home from college.

Rachel Howes on COURTRachel is in her second year coaching at Victory and third year of coaching club volleyball. Rachel grew up in Plano where she attended Plano Senior High School and graduated in the class of 2019. After graduating high school, Rachel left to play for Midwestern State University as an OH/RS. Her freshman year she played in all 29 matches and started in 16 of them, the most of any freshman that season. Rachel finished with 172 kills, scoring 10 or more in five different matches. While at Midwestern State University, she was awarded the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll for her 3.8 GPA.
